Job Description
- Conduct and coordinate to ensure timely recruitment, interviews, orientation and training and development of employees
- Provide HRD & administrative supports
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing an employment contract
- Establish new employee working contract (PKWT), Contract renewal, and promotion contract
- Ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
- Manage employment planning such as shifting, promotion, demotion, termination and along with administration processes
- Maintain and manage the complete process of Payroll and Overtime calculation
- Manage employee development through internal and external training
- Taking care of employment disciplinary and give opinions based on Labour Law (Omnibus Law), PKB (perjanjian kerja Bersama), and other Labor Regulations (Peraturan Pemerintah and Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja)
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Law or HR Management
- 10 years experience in HRGA preferable in the Security business
- Good Relationship with Government Institutional
- Have knowledge of the Indonesian Employment Act and manpower regulations
- Knows Indonesia labour legislations very well
- Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written)
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
- Have a hands-on and good experience with Microsoft Excel

Job Description
- Manage and control project to be commissioned / handover.
- Responsible for technical supports of projects.
- Responsible to schedule the upcoming commission / handover project.
- Responsible to ensure all equipments are on-time install as on schedule .
- Coordinate with internal team to fulfill the project commission / handover target .

Qualifications

The Operations Executive ( Known as B.E in SECOM ) is responsible for directly managing the operations and maintenance of customer premises.
BE Responsibilities :
- Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance.
- Responding to the emergency signal from the Control Center team.
- Troubleshooting the problems in customer premises.
- Patrol around customer premises to prevent security risks.
BE Requirements :
- Male, maximum 25 years old.
- Minimum D3 degree with recommended Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- Good driving skills ( especially using a car ), SIM A is a must.
- Domiciled in Surabaya and have good knowledge about the coverage area.
- Fluent in English is a PLUS.
